Manage your subscription

Use the Boost Labs subscription portal with your order email to cancel, pause, skip or manage your deliveries, shipping address and payment details. Available options appear in your portal. No phone call is required.

Cancellation and changes

Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. You can cancel online or email support@byboostlabs.com with your name and order number. Allow the same notice for address changes. Skip before processing. Check for confirmation and contact us if it has not arrived within one business day.

Recurring billing

Renewals use the price and interval disclosed for your subscription. Failed payments may be retried; shipments wait for successful payment. Check your portal for your next billing date.

Refunds

The first shipment may qualify under our 90-day guarantee. Renewals are excluded, except for charges after valid cancellation, billing errors or missing enrollment disclosures. Report these within 15 days of the charge.

Statutory consumer rights remain unchanged.
