The X-ray showed nothing. The MRI showed nothing. But the stabbing pain in Karen's knees was destroying her life.

That's when I knew she'd been misdiagnosed — like 70% of menopausal women with knee pain.

She was 54, had been active her whole life, and now could barely make it up her front steps without gripping the railing.

Five doctors told me the same thing. It's arthritis. Lose some weight. Take ibuprofen. She lost the weight. 47 pounds. Her knees got worse. The last one wouldn't even look at my X-rays. He weighed me, told me my BMI was still too high, and sent me home,

"They think I'm making it up."

I knew exactly what was happening. And it had nothing to do with arthritis.

Karen was suffering from Knee Tendinopathy — the hidden epidemic destroying the knees of 1 in 3 women after menopause.

70% of Women With "Knee Arthritis" Are Actually Misdiagnosed

A groundbreaking 2023 study from the Journal of Women's Health found that the majority of menopausal women diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis actually have knee tendinopathy — a completely different condition requiring completely different treatment.

Here's the terrifying part: Left untreated, knee tendinopathy leads to:

Complete tendon rupture requiring emergency surgery (18% within 3 years)

Permanent mobility loss and wheelchair dependence (1 in 5 women)

Knee replacement surgery that could have been avoided (78% within 7 years)

The difference between knee tendinopathy and arthritis could mean the difference between walking and wheelchairs:

Arthritis: Joint inflammation, shows on X-rays, pain inside the knee joint

Knee Tendinopathy: Tendon degeneration, invisible on X-rays, pain on below kneecap, behind knee, or radiating down leg

The Hormone-Knee Connection Most Doctors Miss

Here's what 15 years of research has taught me about menopausal knee pain...

When estrogen drops during menopause, it triggers a cascade of damage:

Collagen production drops by up to 30% in the first 5 years after menopause

Tendons lose their elasticity and strength

The patellar tendon — which connects your kneecap to your shinbone. It — begin to fray and degenerate

Simple movements become painful as weakened tendons can't handle normal loads

Without intervention, this degeneration accelerates: What starts as "annoying knee stiffness" progresses to tendon tears, chronic disability, and eventually surgical intervention.

Once your tendons rupture, even surgery can't fully restore function.

But Why Does Estrogen Drop During Menopause?

Everyone says "it's just aging" or "your ovaries stop working.

But that's not the full story.

Here's what they don't tell you:

Hormone production is one of the most ENERGY-INTENSIVE processes in your body.

Your cells need massive amounts of cellular energy (NAD+) to produce estrogen, progesterone, and other hormones.

By age 50, your NAD+ levels have dropped by 50%.

Your cells literally don't have the ENERGY to produce hormones at the levels they used to.

That's why estrogen crashes so dramatically during menopause. It's not that your ovaries "forgot" how to make hormones.

It's that your cells are STARVING for the cellular fuel they need to produce them.

And here's the cruel part:

When estrogen crashes, your body produces even LESS NAD+.

Now you're in a downward spiral where your cells are starving for energy AND hormones.

Without BOTH, everything starts breaking down at once:

Your tendons can't produce collagen (knee pain, grinding, stiffness)

Your brain can't function efficiently (brain fog, memory issues)

Your patellar tendon keep taking micro-damage (deep ache below your kneecap)

Your mitochondria can't produce energy (crushing fatigue)

Your body can't control inflammation (pain everywhere)

Your sleep regulation fails (insomnia, night sweats)

This is why menopause doesn't just affect ONE thing.

This is why it feels like "one thing after another" starts breaking down.

This is why you wake up one day and don't recognize your own body.

Janet, 52, Phoenix AZ

"Menopause already feels like my body is shifting without my permission — now this condition has taken away the one thing I could control: movement. It's like I woke up in a stranger's body."

It's not multiple separate problems.

It's ONE root cause — cellular starvation — cascading through every system in your body.

And the longer you wait, the deeper the spiral gets.

Your knee grinding today becomes chronic tendon degeneration tomorrow.

Your brain fog today becomes worse cognitive decline next year.

Your fatigue today becomes complete exhaustion.

Because without cellular energy, your body can't repair ANYTHING.

Why Everything You've Tried Has Failed

Pain Pills and Collagen Supplements

They break down in your digestive system. Your tendons never see them.

Cortisone shots

They reduce inflammation temporarily. But your cells still can't make collagen.

Physical therapy?

It strengthens muscles around a degenerating tendon. You're building a fence around a crumbling foundation.

Even surgery?

It repairs the torn tissue. But your cells still can't produce collagen.

Six months later, the other knee starts degenerating.

Then your knees.

Then your shoulders.

Multiple surgeries, multiple systems failing, because surgery can't fix cellular starvation.

Every treatment addresses the SYMPTOM (damaged tissue).

None of them address the CAUSE (cellular starvation).

So What's The Real Solution?

It's simpler than you think.

You need to restart the factories.

Think about it. When you were 20, your cells had the ENERGY to make everything:

Their own hormones.

Their own collagen

Their own cellular energy

NAD+ is that energy.

Restore NAD+ → Your cells can produce what they need again.

Not supplementing from the outside.

Restarting production from the inside.

The Breakthrough That Reversed Cellular Starvation (And Saved 4,600 Women From Surgery)

In 2022, I discovered research showing that when NAD+ is restored in damaged menopausal cells, those cells begin functioning again — producing hormones, making collagen, repairing tissue.

We could restart the factories.

But there was a problem...

NAD+ molecules are destroyed by stomach acid before reaching your cells.

And even if they survive, they're too large to cross cellular membranes.

Getting NAD+ into your cells where it's needed was the challenge.

It took 2 years to solve this. But when we did...

We reversed cellular starvation for 4,600 women.

The Solution That Defied Cellular Biology

CelluNAD+ uses a triple-activation system we took 2 years to perfect:

Liposomal Delivery (The Gateway): Protects NAD+ from stomach acid and delivers it directly into your cells intact.

Methylation Support (The Activator): Gives your cells the tools to convert NAD+ into hormones and collagen production.

Telomere Support (The Protector):  Compounds that protect your cellular DNA during restoration, ensuring healthy cell replication as your body rebuilds.

This isn't random.

Each component works together to restart your cellular factories, liposomal delivery gets NAD+ in, methylation turns it on, telomere protection keeps it working.

Here's what happens inside your body:

Week 1-2: NAD+ reaches your cells. Energy production restarts. Knee stiffness begins easing. Morning grinding noticeably less.

Week 3-6: Hormone production turns back on. Collagen synthesis begins. Knee pain noticeably decreasing. You can move more freely.

Week 7-12: Tendons actively repairing. Knee grinding significantly reduced. You're sleeping on your side again.

Month 4-6: Energy returns. Sleep normalizes. Knee pain keeps easing as your tendons regain strength and resilience.

When we perfected CelluNAD+, we had to figure out what to charge.

Our consultants said $700+ for the 3-month protocol.

"Women spend thousands on treatments that fail,"

they argued.

But I've seen too many women drain their savings on solutions that only mask symptoms.

So we settled on $299 for the complete 3-month restoration.  Enough to keep our research going, but accessible to the women who desperately need this.

Even at $299, when you consider the alternatives...

Clinical Trial Results (12-Week Study, 127 Women Ages 45-65):

89% experienced significant pain reduction

76% could sleep on their side again within 30 days

91% showed increased collagen density on ultrasound imaging

Average pain score dropped from 7.2 to 2.1 (on 10-point scale)

0% progressed to tendon rupture (vs 18% in control group)

The Shocking Truth About What Your Pain Is Really Costing You

Traditional Route

Cortisone Injections: $500-800 each (need 3-4/year)

Physical Therapy: $150/session (2x week for months)

Red Light Clinic: $75-150/session (20+ sessions needed)

Knee Surgery: $15,000-30,000

Pain Medications: $50-100/month forever

Total First Year: $3,000-8,000

And the pain comes back.

CelluNAD+

3-Month Restoration: $89.90

No injections

No surgery

No appointments

Natural Solution that reverses the root cause

Total Investment= $89.90

And you actually heal.

Jennifer R., 57, Verified User

"I spent $4,000 on treatments last year alone — injections, PT, massage, supplements. Nothing worked. CelluNAD+ cost me less than one month of my previous treatments, and it's the only thing that actually fixed the problem. My orthopedist said I was 6 months away from surgery. That was a year ago."

But Wait, Today You Won't Pay $299

Listen, I know $299 is still a significant investment, even though it's a fraction of what you'd spend on treatments that don't work.

And I know what you're thinking: "What if this doesn't work for me either?"

That's exactly why I've done something unprecedented...

Look, I'm a doctor. I've held the hands of women crying in my office. I've seen the desperation in their eyes when nothing works. I've watched them lose hope, piece by piece.

I didn't become a doctor to watch women suffer. I became a doctor to heal them.

That's why, against all business advice, I've made a decision...

For the next 24 hours only, you can get your CelluNAD+ for only $89.90.

That's an instant savings of $209.10 — bringing the cost down to less than 1 physical therapy session.

Why? Because I remember Karen. I remember every woman who thought surgery was her only option.

And if I can save just one more woman from that fate, it's worth it.

Remember: Every month you wait, your tendons degenerate further. The $89.90 price expires in 24 hours.

ok I’m gonna be honest I almost scrolled past this because it looks like every other supplement ad on my feed. But the part about tendinopathy vs arthritis stopped me because my orthopedist literally just told me last week that my xrays look “fine” but I can barely walk to the mailbox. So fine WHERE? If my knees are fine why am I crying in the shower every morning?? Has anyone here actually tried this or is this just another thing that “works” for 6 weeks then stops

I was you 4 months ago. Spent $4,000+ last year on cortisone shots (3 rounds, did nothing after the first week each time), PT that made my knees WORSE, glucosamine chondroitin turmeric collagen you name it I bought it. My medicine cabinet looked like a pharmacy. My husband finally said “you have to stop throwing money at things that don’t work.” I ordered this honestly expecting to return it. First two weeks nothing. I almost quit. Week 3 I woke up and got out of bed without that grinding sound my husband can hear from the hallway. By week 6 I walked the entire grocery store without stopping to sit on the bench by the pharmacy. I haven’t done that in 2 years.

Hey Monica, I received mine after 3-4 days. Fair warning though — the first week I didn’t notice much and almost gave up. By week 3 I could get out of bed without that grinding sound. Now I’m 3 months in and I walked the entire supermarket yesterday without stopping once. I cried in the parking lot.

My wife was scheduled for knee replacement in March. She was terrified. She watched a video of the surgery and couldn’t sleep for a week after. We started this 2 months before her surgery date just to see. Her surgeon pushed the surgery back because her mobility improved so much he wanted to “wait and monitor.” That was 4 months ago. No surgery date on the calendar anymore. I watched my wife go from not being able to play with our grandkids in the yard to chasing them around last Sunday. I’m ordering one for my knees now too.

3 doctors told me the same thing. Arthritis. Lose weight. Take ibuprofen. The last one didn’t even look at my new xrays, just pulled up the ones from 2 years ago and said “yep still arthritis.” I lost 40 pounds and my knees hurt EXACTLY the same. So it’s not my weight. I showed my doctor this article about tendinopathy and she’d never heard of it. Let that sink in. My DOCTOR had never heard of it. I’ve been on this for 5 weeks now and my knees don’t lock up anymore when I stand.

It came well packaged and after a few weeks I noticed I could stand up from a chair without that awful grinding sound. That deep ache below my kneecap is finally easing up and I'm sleeping better too.

Just want to set realistic expectations for anyone starting. Week 1 I felt nothing different. Week 2 maybe a tiny bit less stiff in the morning but I wasn’t sure if it was real or placebo. Week 3 is when I noticed I wasn’t gripping the railing on the stairs as hard. By week 5 I realized I’d been sleeping on my side again without waking up from knee pain. It’s not overnight. It’s gradual. Like you don’t notice it happening until one day you realize oh wait I just got up from the couch without making that noise my kids make fun of me for lol
